Returns Policy:
Orders can be cancelled under buyer’s remorse within 30 days of the receiving the product. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping it will not have any deductions in the refund, if an order is cancelled once it has shipped and needs to be intercepted during transit and returned, an interception fee of $30 USD will be deducted from the refund. Once the product is delivered, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Product must be returned unopened for a full refund.
Please carefully inspect the product upon arrival, use the assembly instruction manual to check that every piece needed to assemble the furniture is on hand and in perfect condition, make sure you received the total amount of boxes shipped (some products ship in two or three boxes). If a product arrives damaged, defective or is missing we will provide a replacement part for those pieces affected. Our customer service department will process your request and send you the replacement parts needed.
